Where can I find my expiration date?
The month end expiration date of your subscription can be found on your magazine label above your name. For example, February 2003 is represented as Feb 03, and the double issue July/August 2003 is represented as J/A 03. You can also click here to view your expiration information. How can I change my address? 
Changing your address can be done easily online by clicking here. If you experience problems, you may contact us by mail at Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel, Customer Service Department, P.O. Box 420235, Palm Coast, FL 32142 or call toll-free 1-800-829-9121. Please include a copy of your mailing label that is attached to your magazine for better service. 

How can I change my address for specific dates in the future? At this time, you can call Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel Customer Service at 1-800-829-9121 to have a customer service representative handle your future change of address requests. 

How soon should I receive my first issue? If you ordered a new subscription for yourself or gave Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel as a new gift, you can expect the first issue to arrive in 4 to 8 weeks. Holiday gifts will arrive in early January with the February issue.

Why must I enter my e-mail address? We need your e-mail address to locate your subscription information. If you have concerns, please read our privacy policy

Why can't I find my subscription? Please first try using your e-mail address. If your information cannot be found, you will be asked to enter your name and address as it appears on your mailing label. If you are still unable to locate your subscription, please contact us toll-free at 1-800-829-9121.

How can I make payments or check the status of a payment? You can easily and securely make a payment online by clicking here. You may also mail us a check with your invoice (please do not send cash) at Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel, P.O. Box 420235, Palm Coast, FL 32142. To pay by credit card, call toll-free 1-800-829-9121 to speak to a customer service representative.

Why do I receive 2 issues? At times we receive multiple names for the same address. Please click here to send us a message that you are receiving duplicate issues. Or you may send your request in writing by mail at Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel, Customer Service Department, P.O. Box 420235, Palm Coast, FL 32142 or call toll-free 1-800-829-9121 to speak to a customer service representative.

Why do I get billed after I have already sent payment? At times, your payment will arrive after you have been sent an invoice. You can check your payment status by clicking here. Or you may contact us in writing by mail at Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel, Customer Service Department, P.O. Box 420235, Palm Coast, FL 32142 or call toll-free 1-800-829-9121 to speak to a customer service representative. If you have already paid and we are still showing your account is open, you will be asked to provide proof of payment so that we may update your account.

Why was my account marked as undeliverable when my address did not change? At times magazines are sent back to Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel as undeliverable by the Post Office. There is not a particular reason why this happens. Please check with your local Post Office & inform them that you have spoken with Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel and verified that your address is correct. At this time we will reactivate your subscription.

How can I renew Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel? To renew your subscription online, click here. We will contact you well in advance of your subscription expiration date by mail so that you will not miss any future issues of Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel. If you feel that you have missed renewal notices or have recently moved, be sure to change your address. Or you may request to renew your subscription by contacting us by mail at Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel, Customer Service Department, P.O. Box 420235, Palm Coast, FL 32142 or call toll-free 1-800-829-9121 to speak to a customer service representative. Renewal instructions must be received at least 8 weeks prior to subscription expiration to assure your magazine will be delivered without a break in service.

How often and when is the magazine published? Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel is published ten (10) issues per year as of September 2002. The publication schedule for 2002 is Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/Jun, Jul/Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, and Dec/Jan. On-sale dates for monthly magazines are generally one month prior to the current issue. For example, the October 2002 issue will be on sale and should arrive in homes on September 10, 2002.

Can I purchase previous issues? Previous issues are available at a cost of US$5.00 per issue. Foreign/Canadian copies, please add US$2.50 to each order for postage. To request previous issues, please call 1-800-829-9161. Sorry, our Spring 1998 (premiere) issue is not available.
